How do you top your hot dog?

How do you top your dog?

  • Mustard, I'm normal

  • Ketchup, I'm weird

  • Both, I'm not quite as weird as above

  • Other - plain/chili/kraut/relish

Hot dog/brat/mett/etc

I put mustard on mine. Nothing else except sometimes this:

I have a couple of family members who put ketchup on their dogs only. I find that to be utterly disgusting. Mustard and hot dogs go together like New Zealanders and undeserved arrogance.

What say you? What do you prefer?

Nothing gross/sweet like ketchup or relish, but I'll have pretty much anything else on it.

Ketchup, mustard, and sauerkraut. Not a fan of relish or raw onions.

But I find the idea of ketchup with a corn dog to be disgusting. Corn dogs must have mustard and only mustard.

She supplies the buns, I bring the weiner
She squirts the ketchup and I squirt the mustard.

Yes, I'm like 12.

Several years back I would have said just ketchup and mustard. However after working at 711 I've aquired the taste for dogs loaded up with everything! For one there has to be quality sour kraut! I can do without relish but good relish definitely adds to it. These plus onions, pickles, olives, etc etc.. Only thing I tend not to add would be chili. If it's going to be chili then it might as well JUST be a chili and cheese dog.

Pretty much the normal way, ketchup, mustard and relish. I somtimes put cheese and hot peppers which is probably quite abnormal but good.

Other...

Depending on mood,
Kraut
Onions
Jalapenos

NEVER mustard or ketchup

Edit:
Thinking about it, I'll very rarely use spicy mustard, but never yellow. The only thing yellow mustard's good for is soft pretzels. Otherwise, it can go to hell.

Anyone over the age of 8 who puts ketchup on their hot dog needs a beatdown.

I keep a stock of generic Kroger hot dogs for the sole purpose of feeding my niece and nephews when they come over. To have them slather ketchup all over a Hebrew National would be a tragedy.

I'll eat them with anything and everything, including but not limited to:
Ketchup, mustard, kraut, onions, relish, peppers, pickles, tomato, chili, cheese
