How do you tie a ribbon like on a Tiffany & Co. box?

So.. I buy something from Tiffany & Co., and want to look at it in the car. I do.. but now I can't seem to be able to tie the ribbon back on like they do. Anyone happen to know how?

I just slide it back on.

I never had a problem taking it off and getting it back on.

Can't slide it back on.. I couldn't get it off so I untied it. I just have the flat ribbon now.. no clue how to tie it back on. Thanks for the picture though, helps me remember how it looked.
