For the heck of it today I figured I would try and overclock my Barton 2500+ on my ABIT NF7-S V2.0 Motherboard. I bumped the FSB right up to 200 and I got into windows. I tried running the prime95 torture test but it fails almost imediately. So I tried various voltages all the way up to 1.8V and it still failed almost instantly. I also tried upping my RAM voltage too with no luck. It said there was a hardware failure due to some sort of rounding error. I have version 23.8 of Prime95 if that helps... Thanks for the tips!!
