How do you take pics of Avi files ?

I have ripped 28 days alter and want to take some captures and use them as backgrounds, but when I press print screen I get everything except the image. Any ideas, thanks

Media Player Classic has a Save Image function under the File menu.

I like PowerDVD for video screenshots...almost any video-editing program will allow you to export a frame, too.

You need to turn off overlay in your video viewing program and then print screen will work.

Yea, in Windows Media Player 7-8-9-10, disable hardware acceleration, and print screen will work.

I believe Control + I works in any version of WMP.

i favor the method of putting a piece of paper over your monitor and shading it with a pencil.

Power DVD has the screen cap feature.

You can play media files with Power DVD also btw.
