How do you take links out of a Timex expansion band?

Thanks! The first link has no relevant info, but the second one does. It's still kind of iffy, so I'll probably just go to a watch place.

Yeah, sorry, just noticed it was wrong for the band you have. It can be a PITA, especially if you have large hands like I do. I've broken several of those bands, and have repaired them myself, but it's much easier to take them to a watch shop and have it done right...
