How do you tailor a resume when applying for an MBA program?

I'm in the midst of applying for grad school. I've always had my resume tailored for engineering jobs and now I need to format it so it's suitable for applications.

I'm sure most of the information will be the same, but what do I need to focus on that is different from my normal engineering job type resume?
