How do you stop subscriptions being sent to your email?

I have had a look at both the customize and profiles window and there is no option for stopping subscriptions being sent to your email(only one for sending them to your PM box instead), Is there any way to stop my email account from being flooded especially since it is an outlook based web terminal which is a POS (only non-yahoo one I have).
 
Click on the 'today' button and all shall be revealed 😉

Alternatively, click on any of the subscriptions icons above each post.
