How do you start Serv-U FTP as Service in Win2k?

I tried finding information about this and the closest thing I got is to use the svrany.exe utility. Does anyone have this utility?

I've tried the instsrv.exe utility from win2k resource kit but Serv-u would choke when I try to start the service

Anybody successful in installing Serv-u as service please help
