How do you spend your time when you're taking a break from studying?

I'm studying for my AP Biology exam and I'm taking a break (yes, Brackis, I will get right back to it 😛)...

I usually find that taking a walk or playing basketball outside takes some of the stress out ...

I'm wondering what AT high school and college students do to take a break ...

I don't take breaks. I just have another cup of coffee, do another line of nose candy, and get back to it.

I dont study too often, only when absolutely necessary (20 minutes for a final exam). I am usually able to sit it out the entire 20 minutes without a break, so I can't really answer the question.

I might pop on the TV and watch a thirty minute show, or maybe listen to some music, or read a book.


On a side note, that exam shouldn't be too tough. I'm taking it monday as well, and I feel pretty ready for everything BUT plant generations.

I wrote my finals 2 weeks ago, i just got out the room for about 20 minutes - half hour and talked with friends or family, then got back to it.
