Thank you. Sheesh.
You're kidding....right ?
No. Everyone's allowed to have brain farts from time to time.
Frightening, isn't it?
And WHAT is so frightening about it?
I get a kick out of the people that spell it "viola!" the mental image. inserting a random exuberant stringed instrument into whatever situation being described is always good for a giggle.
mon dieu, monsieur, tu est très stupide.
CECI BON YOPLET!!! BITCH!!!!
????, ???.. ??? ?????.. ????????!
Maybe, but usually on things you know, less obvious.
Mon dieu, monsieur, je suis plus futé que vous, bien que je ne sache pas le français.
Well I for one never use "voila" in writing or my everyday speech. *shrug*
wheel chair will do that to ya I guess
So people who are physically disabled are also stupid? Hmm... interesting theory...
Nor do I, but I think most people that have at least heard it would know it started with a V not a W. Obviously I can't vouch for everyone, but that's how I see it.
I'm sure he is not kidding, but at least bothered to ask/find out how to spell it. I have seen WA-LA used plenty of times for 'voila'.. I for one am glad thirtythree investigated the correct spelling. !
It's not that obvious, especially when you have people mis-pronouncing it was WAH-lah and you don't hear the V. It's not that intuitive, just like epitome.. that was a strange one.
