How do you solder 3 pin fan connecters so that it will use the harddrive power cord type instead?

How do you solder 3 pin fan connecters so that it will use the harddrive power cord type instead? I know one of the wires is the rpm monitoring so there just just be connecting with 2 wires.

Just get a convertor from 3pin to 4pin.

Edit: Oops!!! its 4 pin

u can buy 3pin(fan connector) to 4 pin(the ones that come from your power source) converters for a few dollars
