How do you shut down someone distributing underage porn?

Alright, weird situation. Last couple days, a 'girl' has been chatting with via Yahoo IM. Bizarre enough, but 'she' knows a LOT about naval history. A LOT. So, we have been talking about naval history on and off.

Okay, so, today, 'she' points out some naval models on ebay 'she' wants and says 'she' has been selling internet porn to buy them. 'She' actually has a Yahoo group with a bucket of naval ships and models and things. Was checking them out - and they are fine looking models! (And, really, this person knew their naval history backward and forward - more than ME on some topics!)

Anyway, 'she' wanted me to buy some porn from 'her'. Riiiiight. That's a little weird. Anyway, I refuse (actually have no porn on the computer at all right now - believe it or not. Got bored a month or so ago and nuked it all!). Chat a little longer, 'she' mentions something else - 'she' wants me to buy a model (ship) from Australia 'she'd and 'she' wouldn't bit on an eBay auction of a ship model I had mentioned an interest in. This is odd, but seems PASSINGLY legit.

Taking a look around 'her' photo album of the ships, though, I decide to pop up a level to see the OTHER photo albums this account has. There are a LOT of photos of 'her' from underage (age 13-ish to just-turned-18) QUITE naked! These were probably the "samples" 'she' was trying to send to me that I refused!

Okay, this is wrong, I think!

Now, here is the weird thing. This whole time, discussing the naval stuff and all, 'she' has mentioned that 'she' has had a guy in Iowa putting the models together and painting them for 'her' - 'she' just collects them. (And lives in the UK - it's a UK photo album, too) Alright, so I report this to Yahoo and decide I'm done with this. BUT....

Well, in our discussion, I had linked to 'her' some of MY naval minis and 'she' had commented on them (hell, even guessing most of the ships right). But...get this....I'm running my own Apache web server. A few hours after reporting 'her' to Yahoo for the whole underage porn thing, I got curious.

I trace-routed the IP address back! IT'S NOT IN THE UK!! IT'S IN FREAKING IOWA!!!

Okay, this is obviously some dude with an interest in naval history who wants to do underage porn. Time to shut this down! Who do I need to report this to?

CLIFF NOTES:
- Someone IMs me and chats me up about naval matters. Very knowledgable. Claims to be a girl from the UK who has a guy in Iowa building model ships for her
- Post links to my own models, get IP address via Apache log
- Couple days later, they want to sell me porn of 'themselves'. I politely decline.
- Get curious, check out their Yahoo photos: UNDERAGE PORN!
- Check IP address from log - IT'S IN IOWA
- Need to know what to do about this! Already reported to Yahoo

Let's put this together, shall we?

Age progressive pictures of a minor over a ~5 year span.

Hmm, who would be able to do that?

Sounds like Daddy needs a new home.

You might want the municipalities on this if Yahoo doesn't respond fast.

That's a pretty strange story. Then again, some fvckwad on this very forum sent me a few PMs asking very n00bish questions about computers so I sent him a few PMs giving him some limited advice and then, out of the blue, he tells me that he loves me. I'm like-WTF!!! First of all, you don't even know me. Second, why would you tell a complete stranger over the internet something like that?

Cops or FBI...definitely.

So, which FBI office do I call? Local one, or Portland?

Man, this is messed up - I didn't want to have anything to do with this! Have to provide name and phone number and all that....goddamn, I'm just minding my own business and this drops out of nowhere....
