how are you manually syncing? do you have folders to keep them organized? i use folders and can't imagine manually syncing unless i simply delete all photos on the second computer and copy all photos over again

i hook my camera up to my pc and download them to a folder called "pics" which resides on my desktop. If i get the message that a duplicate file exists, i overwrite it because i dont need to look at old pictures.
I then holler upstairs to the wife to come look at these pics we took. If she doesn't come downstairs shortly, i go back to surfing the web or looking at porn.
