How do you share 1 monitor between PC & Mac?

Hello everyone.

Just wondering what the best solution for me would be to share 1 monitor between a PC and Mac.

I see there are KVM switches but that also does keyboard and mouse. I only want to do the monitor.

Any suggestions?

Buy a monitor with dual inputs.

Both are good options. I have KVM and love the flexability it offers. And there's nothing stopping you just connecting the monitor

That's what I did.

VGA for the PC, DVI for the Mac.

j/k, need monitor with 2 inputs, or you can probly get a switch that lets u use one at a time.

Maybe look into a USB KVM, that way, you can use the MAC mouse and keyboard with the PC, or use PC USB mouse and keyboard with the Mac. It'll work better that way, not like you'll be using the other computer when you can't see the display from it.
