How do you setup FTP in XP Pro?

I'd like to setup my XP Pro box as an ftp server. I already installed the IIS FTP Service, but now I'm at a loss, as this is the first time I'm trying this. What's the next step?
Only a couple users will be using it.

Or if anyone knows a good site that could help me out, that would be great also.

IIS is reeeeeeealy sketchy man. why don't u just get Serv-U or another server software and just run it like that?

I agree that IIS is difficult to get up and running for FTP services. I tried before but couldn't get people to login at all. Since then I moved to a 3rd party FTP server which is much easier to setup and understand.

I'd agree with the two previous posts. Just use a third party ftp server and save some time trying to figure out M$ crap!!!
