How do you set up a new heatware eval account?

Some else justs adds you. So after a trade, the person you traded with will have to do it first.

Unless you want to give yourself an eval, but this is generally frowed upon

I've seen 1 person make a "fake" eval that said something like
"this is just to join"

I'm sure heat would delete that once he's got more refs & doesn't need it.
Why a "new" one.
If you have one already, & make a new one - I would be very curious as to why
Cuz I'd be suspicious that you had some negatives under an old nick.
