How do you set the default browser in XP?

Ok, I started using MSN explorer first, now I want to use IE, how do I change the default on the start menu?
 
Right click on the icon, go to Internet Properties. Go to Programs, and you should be able to change the default program to Internet Explorer

OK, the "check to see if IE is default browser" is checked but it still shows MSN explorer as the default...
