How do you set boot order in UEFI?

UEFI is heavily customizable, compounded by the fact that EVGA provides no documentation on how it operates. I think the new standard will get better over time, but will still be dependent on manufacturers using some sense when deploying the thing. Maybe at some point, some sort of 'standard' will be set.

As for EVGA and motherboards, I am not sure why they even bother.
