This isn't even a question. What kind of moron says EEE-light? But I've heard people say both "EEE-leet" and "AY-leet". Which is right?

EEE-leet is also very wrong. The accepted pronunciations are "ih-leet" ('ih' as in "bit"), or also "ay-leet" ('ay' as in 'mAple', due to the French origin).
