how do you rip your blu-rays?

Curious question for you guys as I haven't been able to find a way to do it, I suppose it may simply not be possible. Is there some way to rip blu rays and have them so that the XBox 360 can play them along with DTS MA or True HD? I've found ways to rip then re-enode so that the 360 can play them with lower quality audio but I'd like to keep the original quality audio if possible. I'm using the 360's Windows Media Center Extender functionality and a plugin for media center to normally playing DVD rips and I'd like to continue doing so for BD rips.

Sorry, unfortunately that's a limitation of the Xbox 360. You can only get 2-channel audio in the .mp4 container. If you want any multi-channel then it's gotta be .ac3 in an .avi container, I believe. Even then, I've had trouble streaming it and only been able to play it back smoothly from a local USB connection.

What are the best Handbrake settings if I'd like to mux a bluray rip down to 6-8GB or so and retain the best picture quality? Audio isn't be much of a factor in the equation.
