How do you reverse the air flow of a heatsink fan?

I just bought an FOP38 and I would like to experiement which runs cooler, blowing air into the heatsink or sucking it out. Right now it is blowing air into the heatsink. So my question is: How do I reverse the air flow? Thank you very much.

Pull the fan off and turn it over.
