how do you respond to shoddy/non-exixtent service?

I ordered a Toshiba 12x DVD from z-buy.com more than a week ago. A day after the order, I received an email saying that my order was shipped and could be tracked via FedEx. I got a tracking number from FedEx but later in the day, I got another email from fedex saying that they deleted my order. Ive sent 3 emails within the past week to z buy but no response whatsoever. If they are backordered, they should notify me or something. Things like this make me wanna overload their servers with spam offering free vacations and pr0n.

I've bought a fewe things from them and the only time I had problems was when the item was actually shipped from their supplier to me.
