How do you respond in paypal?

I have a dispute open and how do i respond to the complaint? All it says is proof of shipping, i have refunded or issue a full refund. There really is no proof of shipping since it was done online (Game Gold).

Call paypal, it's against their terms to file a complaint on a non-tangible item.

good luck getting in contact with paypal. I have a personal paypal rep with the volume of business I do with paypal, and it's still like pulling teeth trying to get in touch with her. I asked for her cell number because she's always unreachable and she thought I was hitting on her, lol
