How do you reset the abit-be6 bios? HELP

I happen to fail to overclock the cpu and I think I turn the vcore too high and result a unbootable computer, there is nothing shows on the screen anymore and I cant do anything at all, it just wont post at all, pls tell me how do I reset the bios or anyother way to solve the problem?

there are usually 2 or 3 ways:
1- most boards have a cmos reset jumper
2- if they dont have a jumper there are two pins you "short" out
3- failing those, unplug it and pop the battery out for a minute or two
