How do you remover Ontracks Dynamic drive overlay?

I have it on one of my drives but i no longer need it...I have formated the disk but it still shows up on boot...how do i remove this?
 
Boot from a floppy (so the hit spacebar to boot from disk message does NOT appear) and run FDISK /MBR.

That *should* do it.
