how do you remove the black p4 rentention clip?

okay since i didn't get a response in the gen hardware, thought i'd post it over here. i'm trying to remove the black bracket around the area where you place the p4, and i can't seem to get the thing off....can someone tell me how to remove it? just likehere

*if i can't remove it, anyone have an extra one they would like to sell me?

lift the pins which hold the bracket to the mobo. Using a needle nosed plier to squeeze the pins from backside and pushing them up helps.
