How do you remove the backseat in an LS-400?

I'm having trouble removing the back panel (not the actualy seat itself) in my lexus ls-400? Any recommandations how? I know you just can't yank on it like how I removed the seat itself?

what year? my 98 coach edition needs to be taken to a shop to get my speakers installed. the fold down section has a hatch inside that requires a tool to pop out. the seats remains while the back can be removed.

wait... thought you are talking about the seats... WTF do you want to remove the back panel? dynamat it? put that on the top thats all...
