I'm doing a sleeving job for all the wires in my case. I just got an all-in-one tool from SVC. However, I have no idea how to remove the 3-pin fan connectors and the 4-pin floppy connectors. I'm not sure if the tool that I'm using is the right.

Hope you guys can help me out here. THANKS!!!

Did you get the tool that has a two tine end for the ATX and P4 contacts and you pull it out of its sleeve, turn it around and it has a single tine on the other end. Well, you can use the single tine end for several things including: 3-pin fan, 3.5" floppy power, some female header connedtors. I often use the small knife or screwdriver blade on my tiny Swiss Army pocket knife for that type of connector as it's what I have right to hand. You use a tubular tool to remove the molex drive power contacts. It is sometimes not the easiest thing to do.
