How do you remove stuff stuck on with thermal tape?

You can't just pull or else you'll rip everything out (liek the RAM chip).

I pulled mine off. Took some force and they made a popping noise, but everything was ok.

run the card to heat it up a bit and itll get more gooey and be easier to remove.
