How do you remove NB cooler and CPU bracket on IS7???

My friend used a small drill to drill through the white plastic studs that holds on the retail cooler for the Abit IS7 board but there has to be a easier way to take it off.

Also I ordered a MXC159p NB cooler and I need to know how to take off the NB stock fan. I am new to this design sorry for the Newbie questions.

Too late, those little studs do not wanna budge so I drilled them out.


Edit. Could not understand how everyone says just push the pins back through. I used a sharp point with a TOn of pressure. Boarderline cracking my board it seemed. Ended up just using a small drill to get the center core out to allow the pinch of the black pins. The NorthBridge was of course simple to figure out.
