some how i ended up arguing with 5 different people about 5 different things today.

Im about to run all of this off, too much on my mind. I hit the wall a few times earlier but after the 5 hit it hurt  I drank enough for today also.

If I can hold off I head to the gun range and pop off about a 100 rounds or so. If I can't make it there, then I usually take my aggression out on Halo or whatever game I feel like where there's alot of shooting.

I stopped getting stressed awhile ago. I noticed that one of my main causes of stress was due to my work load. (I ALWAYS have stuff to be do.) I then realized that by getting stressed all I was doing was slowing down my progress on the stuff I needed to get done. Thus, getting stressed was not an efficient use of my time.

Now I just simply don't stress out about stuff, I just do it or do something else. Allows me to get more work done.

I'm not sure how to describe it, but even during the most "stressful" times I am not stressed. I guess it's almost like I belittle it? "Oh look, I have to write the constitution of the united states of america left handed with my eyes covered, fun." And then I'd just do it. Or do something else.

I just realized that by being stressed it would only take me longer to do whatever I was doing, prolonging the stress. So now I have no stress and I get things done faster.

Try working on a side project or a hobby. Something that you can really get in to. Before you know it you'll have forgot what ever was causing you stress. For me there's an endless supply of time drainers such as reading (articles, books, magazines), work on my projects (huge backlog of ideas), work on work (steady $$$), learning new programming languages, refining old ones, music (playing, composing, learning new instruments), writing (articles, blog), listening (personal development tapes, cds, podcasts), physical fitness, and I'd also like to finish learning my backflip sometime.

pretending like I'm boxing very aggressively or masturbating are both good ways for me.
