How do you refresh?

Usually mouse gestures [Up Down].

If my right hand isn't on my mouse though (wink wink) then I use F5 with my left.

Edit: Bah, wanted to vote for 'other' but clicked on something else by accident.
 
If you press the off topic link you gotta scroll past the stickies again, with F5 it just refreshes the page and you stay where you were looking
 
Depends on if my fingers are on the keyboard or on the mouse. F5 or click on refresh.
 
If I'm on the OT index, I usually click the Off Topic link. If, however, I'm anywhere else, I hit F5 most of the time.
