How do you receive your tv signal?

I was thinking of just getting rid of my cable and just going back to the caveman days of an outdoor antenna. But with baseball season here (all games on cable station. GO TIGERS) and we do watch Discovery or another "learning" channel almost every night, I am hesitant to cancel. Though it is getting expensive.

I was curious as to how everyone else received their tv signal.

Our home games (Gmen + A's) are on local channels, but we can't see shit w/o cable. Comcast HD right here.

Charter Cable.

POS company IMO.

But it's my only option at all for internet, DSL isn't even available where I live and they do offer HD and DVR.

Yes I have Charter too and I am not happy but for internet and tv it's the only game in town. Unless I do dialup and outdoor aerial

I have a giant TV and home theater, but I don't get TV reception. I use it to watch movies, DVDs (you think I'm being redundant, but I am using DVDs to refer to old TV shows or standup comedy specials on DVD), and gaming. There's not much worth seeing on OTA TV and I don't want to get cable until I figure out if I'm moving in the next couple months.

I have an "HD" indoor antenna, coupled with my digital TV I get all the stations I need, about 20 in all. Most of the big locals (CBS, NBC, FOX) broadcast in HD and some even in 1080i, it's a beautiful thing. No need to was $60/month on cable :D

I don't have tv. If I want to watch it, I have to go to someone else's room where they have cable.

Use cable in the main tv (although I'm thinking of converting to satellite) and OTA on my computer.

My LCD & Living room DLP - Comcast HD DVR Box. My roommate also has a LCD / Comcast HD DVR Box but he also uses an OTA antenna b/c he says the image quality is better. But since the cable tv bill is getting a bit high, we're thinking about switching over to DirecTV.

You live in Alpharetta and have Charter? I thought that Comcast was the only provider here.

Non-digital cable customer here. Analog cable to three ReplayTV's.

I had a 4 way splitter on mine and could not get all the channels. I then put a 4 channel booster on it and i now get 32 channels and no hickups on the major ones.

Satellite. I need to be able to see Michigan football, Red Wings hockey or Tigers baseball.

Also, unfortunately, I watch the Lions.
