How do you receive files on AIM thru a Netgear RT314 router?
Let's say both people have a firewall or only u do.
Also how do you send files on AIM thru a Netgear RT314 router if both people have a firewall?

I may be mistaken on this, as it's been a while since I've dug through the code of some open source AIM clients, but doesn't the AIM protocol allow for traffic outgoing to DST port 21/tcp to the AOL servers if it cannot escape via 5190/tcp?
