How do you put more than 74mins of Mp3s on a 74min disk in Nero?

Save them as files, not the actual music. You should be able to get 5 - 8 albums on a CD that way.

When using the wizard, burn a data CD rather than a music CD. Using the wizard to make a music CD will have Nero convert the MP3 music into CDA files that are playable on your stereo.

If you select Music CD, Nero will convert the MP3 files to Red Book Music format, playable in CD Players. This limits you to 74 minutes as a standard CD.

If you select Data CD, you can burn up to 650MB or more of MP3s on a CDR...of course only your computer or MP3 players could read it and not a standard CD Player.

Just a reminder - you won't be able to play the data burned disc on an audio cd player (unless of course it plays mp3s).
