How do you put in a floppy disk?

Is the shiny slidy thingy supposed to go in first or the label?

or should the circle side be up or something?

Aiight. First of All, open the case, take the floppy drive out, put the floppy in, put the drive again in to the PC, then, if you want to remove the Floppy, open the case again, take the disc out and put the drive back in, is soooo simple
