How do *you* pronounce the word 'Culinary'? (Pollinary)

I just saw a commercial for this culinary arts studio or something and the dude was saying the word like "cool-in-ary" and it sounded weird, I've always said it like "cole-in-ary", and have never heard it said like it's spelled as "cull-in-ary". So I'm wondering if it's simply another regional dialect thing like warsh/wash or if the guy is just saying it like a douche.
