How do you pronounce "mature"?

WTF?

Ma-tor? Ma-chore? As in, rhymes with "shore"? I've never once heard the word pronounced those ways.

Change those to rhyme with "cure" (ma-too-er, ma-choo-er) or "her" (ma-tur, ma-chur) and you'll be closer.

I voted Mah-chor, but it's more like Mah-chur for me. I've also heard Mah-tour from some snobby bastards. Add that to the Pole.

"ture" = "chure"
