Tell them you have a crick in your neck. And then proceed to pour a bucket of water on them
 
Depends on whether or not you're a redneck/yokel/hick. They say "crick," normal people say it the way it's written.

"crick" if you are talking about the tribe of native americans that settled the Ohio Valley.
 
I usually pronounce things as they look like they should sound.
and since it's spelled creek, I pronounce it as creek.. heh
