What do you call it?

That's how I tend to do it even though I try to do it properly. Is that pronuncation the name of a mexican sauce/spice? Or do I mispronounce that as well?

Almost the same situation here, except I have corrected him and usually he still mispronounces it. He often pronounces Console as Council. Although after insulting him repeatedly over this, it has become less frequently.
