I'll admit it: I worked at Panera in high school and part of college. There was nothing quite like a Cinnamon Crunch bagel right out of the oven first thing in the morning (when they are freshest).

it's pronounced "oh" like the letter O.

bon is pronounced like bond, james bond... without the d's at the end

Au Bon Pain

Pronounced: Oh Bon Pan

Used to get breakfast there in the mornings when I worked in Philadelphia. Their filled crescents were very good. Just the smell of the muffins and coffee cooking while in line there made the trip worth the while.
