Put their head in a trash can, toilet, you get the idea. Put them outside and let them puke on the street.

Face it, when someone's drunk enough to puke they're gonna frikkin' puke. Just make sure they do it on something with a drain, or at least something moppable.

Passed out drunk, or still conscious? If passed out, it could be tough. Maybe move them somewhere that can be cleaned easily, since it will probably happen no matter what you do. If still conscious, take them outside and make them puke. That always worked for me.

My advice would be to use a gravitational flow differential wave gun, but you probably don't have the tools I do. Besides, it usually just winds up floating to the ceiling.
