The real question is, how long until your liver fails!

You aren't supposed to take tylenol when drinking. The alcohol itself is bad enough for your liver.. When you throw tylenol into the mix, especially an OD.. you are asking for it.

You don't do much drinking, eh? I couldn't speak on beer before or after liquor, since I don't drink beer... but I noticed that many cheap liquors cause a less enjoyable high and make me more prone to hangover on my own; I've never heard or read that it had anything to do with it.

I don't take tylenol at all, let alone while drinking, because it's so hard on the liver. That and it doesn't work for headaches unless you overdose...

Aspirin works far better, and is safer for you, provided you take it after the alcohol is out. Not during or before.

But don't make a regular thing of that, either.
