How do you pause a macromedia flash file or get a pic from it?

Two questions:

I want a picture from a flash file but I don't know how to copy it. Normally, I just would right click a gif or jpg and I could save the picture file but I can't do this with a flash file.

2nd question. I was thinking of putting that flash file on my website. However I want to pause it at one specific point without it having to play over and over again. Anybody know the html tags to do this? Thanks

 
right click on flash, pause

press "print screen" on keyboard, then paste it in an image editing program.
