How do you overclock and input bios on mobo?

Just wondering if any of you can give me a good article or link as to explain to me how to overclock a mobo and also input or renew a mobo bios. Thanks

without going into allot of detail and not knowing what your setup is i recommend you do the following:

1. use google.com to search for overclicking FAQ etc etc...you will find more than you need
2. to flash a bios, you need a flash program (depends on mobo) and boot disk, and rom file with the new bios. Best bet is to visit the website of manufacturer of the mobo and check their support site.
