How do you orginize your MP3s?

I imported them into iTunes, iTunes then copied them to the iTune's music folder, and organized by Artist -> Album. Then when I play them, I just use smart playlists or the browser. As much as iTune's is clunky, it is a very nice a useful program (especially with my iPod).
