It's old. A 300mh P2. I need to get the case off to figure out what happened to this POS. 7 gigs of an 8 gig hard drive have disappeared and I want to be able to listen to it to see if the hd crapped out.

How do you take the cover off of it?

Maybe a hammer... ;)

I don't know man. I think that if this is a desktop case (not tower) usually they have locks. Unlock the upper cover (or unscrew it), then slide the upper cover. I had a NEC v20 (8088 clone :Q) that had a very nice feature. You just pressed 2 button in the sides, close to the back and the cover was hinged.

Hope somebody know.

there is a lock in the back of the case that slides to the open position and lets you remove the case........then you grab under the front cover on the bottom ...you will feel a spring loaded latch.......squeeze the latch and slide the case to the rear.......easy......
