How do you mod a Dreamcast to play burned disk without a boot disk?

you can buy a chip but there difficult to put in...
there are guides on how to incorporate the boot loader onto the disk though when u burn it...
 
I play a bunch of games without a boot disk. Hrmm, I play all my games without a boot disk/chip. Only some games require it right?
 
depends...a lot of the burned games were made to be played without a bootdisk since they were incorporated with one...

and have u ever tried playing a DC game on the PC? I'd rather swap disks back and forth before ever doing that again 😛

Do you know where I can buy the cheap and where I can find instructions on how to put it in?
