How do you measure HD temp?

I have often read comments about HD temps. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to do measure that.

My system is as follows: ASUS P4P800 Deluxe, P4 3.0, 1 GB memory, 2 Seagate 80 GB HD. I use Motherboard Monitor 5 to measure CPU and case temps.

What should I do to measure HD temp?
