Getting low on the Black Silk so gonna go with the 8 o'clock and give it a try. It is more expensive so we'll see.

The regular 8 O'Clock is good, but the French roast is the best imo. That used to be my goto whole bean coffee, but the stores that sold big bags of it all left town :^(

Mainly what I use when I run out of beans from Amazon.

Yea the french roast not sold at my local stores, Amazon has it.
